With no off-street parking and a windy pathway down to their dream home these repeat clients came to Allworks with the need for a garage. From concept to completion, we undertook the project management of this large garage with storage and hobby room below.
Once our concept had been turned into reality with completed working drawings passing council consent, temporary access was established for the client and excavation began into the hillside. Our clients now have a large double garage providing secure off-street parking with access down to their new storage rooms. Access down the main house is now much safer and stylish with their custom kwila treads.
Upon completion of the garage build their final landscaping was completed with some timber retaining, a new deck and a low maintenance artificial turf installed.
